Brolių rūkykla is a business created by two brothers three years ago that is run by the whole family today – brothers Tadas and Tomas, their father, mother, cousin and godmother. Fresh fish every day, natural black alder firewood, an ancient way of smoking that has not changed over the centuries, handicrafts and family – these are the greatest values of Brolių rūkykla. Brothers say that they only sell freshly smoked fish – they start in the smokehouse every early morning to serve the most delicious pieces of naturally smoked fish by 11 o’clock. It is always a quality, fresh and lovingly prepared product that everyone in the big family works on every day.
